Program Officer for Transition Ministry (formerly known as Executive Director)

The Executive Director is responsible for oversight of CDO in partnership with the Board for Church Deployment. The Executive Director works with transitions officers/diocesan deployment officers, bishops and other professionals to further the ministry of healthy vocational transitions.

Pam is responsible for the overall management of the CDO. She works extensively with diocesan deployment officers, bishops, clergy, and lay professionals on their deployment concerns. She also works with other groups that share some of the CDO's concerns for the ministry of the Church. She trains deployment officers and coducts Profile workshops for seminarians.

Sabrina provides technical support with specific responsibility for the personnel database. She enters new Profile data and assists in updating current Profiles. She maintains the Positions Open Bulletin subscription list and the distribution of that publication.
