Education for New Priests - A pilot project
This pilot is a cooperative effort to develop effective models for the on-going formation and education of new priests. Seminaries and diocesan-based programs around the Church are testing new ideas and sharing insights on topics including how to encourage openness to life-long learning, the role of mentors and how to select and train them, helping clergy to develop learning plans, and other critical issues.
